You can reach me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 284-4430 (Monday through Friday, during normal business hours) or at a secondary phone number which I will provide in class. You may also text me at this secondary number, if you wish. (Just be aware that I don’t receive alerts at this number on weekends or after 9:00 pm on weekdays.)
My response time is the same (within 48 hours) as detailed in the technology policy, regardless of the means used to contact me. (I often respond more quickly than that, but you shouldn’t plan on a faster response.)
My office is located in Spes Unica Hall, Room 263. My regular office hours for the Fall 2013 semester are:
- Monday, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Wednesday, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
- Friday, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
These are drop-in hours; they’re times when you can count on my being in or near the office. Except during pre-registration, you do not need to make an appointment if you come during these times.
If these hours don’t work with your schedule, I’m happy to meet with you at other times. You’re welcome to just drop by the office to see if I’m free. You’re also welcome to use our campus calendaring system to try to set up an appointment that works for both of us (my free/busy times should be visible to you).
